Acceptance as a Partner
Your participation in the ConnectMySales Partner Program is subject to approval by ConnectMySales. We may accept or reject any potential partner at our discretion and may revoke a partner’s standing if they fail to comply with these terms.
Program Participation
- Promotion: As a ConnectMySales Partner, you will promote our products and services using the marketing materials provided. Your promotional activities must be in good taste and in line with our brand image.
- Affiliate Links: We will provide you with a unique affiliate tracking link. It is your responsibility to integrate this link into your marketing content to track the sales activities from your referrals. Partners may pre-register a Shopify store name in the Partner Portal to earn commissions for sales.
- Commissions and Payments: You will earn commission for qualifying sales that are not canceled or refunded. Payments will be issued according to the payment schedule stated in the Partner Dashboard, and only via the specified payment platforms.
Partner Obligations
- Lawful Conduct: You agree to conduct your business in a manner that reflects positively on ConnectMySales and its products and services. You shall not engage in any deceptive, false, or misleading advertising practices.
- Use of Intellectual Property: You agree to use ConnectMySales trademarks, logos, and marketing materials as per the guidelines provided. All representations of such intellectual property shall be approved by ConnectMySales.
- Reporting and Tracking: You must ensure that all affiliate links and tracking codes are functioning correctly. ConnectMySales is not responsible for any tracking or reporting errors due to misused or altered links or codes. You must conduct your affiliate marketing activities in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and data protection.
Prohibited Activities
As a ConnectMySales Partner, your actions reflect on the reputation and legality of our brand. To maintain the highest standards of integrity and legal compliance, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from our Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any commissions:
- Dishonest or Unethical Behavior: Engaging in activities that are deceptive, misleading, or not in the best interest of clients or ConnectMySales is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, the manipulation of transactions, fraudulent account creation, and any attempts to circumvent or manipulate the terms of our Partner Program or our system.
- Legal and Rights Violations: You may not violate any laws, regulations, or the rights of any third parties. This includes, without limitation, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, privacy violation, or the unauthorized use of any intellectual property.
- Spamming: Unsolicited email campaigns, or “spamming,” unauthorized placements of our links on third-party websites, or any form of harassment through SMS text messages, calls, or social media messaging is unacceptable.
- Reputation Harm: Activities must not damage the reputation of ConnectMySales. You must refrain from publishing or distributing any material or engage in any conduct that is likely to harm the reputation of ConnectMySales or otherwise diminish the value of its brand.
- Misrepresentation: You may not misrepresent yourself as an agent or official spokesperson for ConnectMySales, nor suggest that your statements or actions are endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with ConnectMySales beyond your role as an independent partner.
- Competing Keywords: Bidding on keywords in any pay-per-click, sponsored ad platforms that directly compete with ConnectMySales’s own campaigns is not allowed. This includes bidding on branded terms, variations, or misspellings.
In addition to these specific activities, partners should also avoid any other actions that may be harmful to ConnectMySales or its customers. ConnectMySales reserves the right to further define, amend, interpret, or revoke these prohibitions at any time without notification. It is the responsibility of the partner to remain informed of the current list of prohibited activities.
Violation of any of these prohibitions is grounds for immediate termination from the ConnectMySales Partner Program and the forfeiture of any pending commissions. Participation in the Partner Program serves as acknowledgment and agreement to adhere to these Prohibited Activities.
Disclaimer of Liability
ConnectMySales shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this partner program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Term and Termination
These terms and conditions are effective upon your signup and shall remain in effect until terminated by either you or ConnectMySales. We may terminate your participation in the Partner Program immediately upon any breach of these terms and conditions.
Modification
ConnectMySales reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes here. You are advised to check this page regularly for any updates, as continued participation in the program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Acknowledgement
By signing up for the ConnectMySales Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
